DEACON JOE WAS A WONDERFUL MAN. HE MARRIED MY HUSBAND AND I IN 1996, THEN CHRISTEND BOTH OF MY BOYS, 1 IN 2002, AND THE OTHER 2004. WE WILL NEVER FORGET HIS GENTLE WORDS AND WISDOM. HE WILL BE SADLY MISSED. GOD BLESS
MENSLAGE FAMILY (NH)

I use to see Joe around town...and always enjoyed our conversations! He will be missed

To the Papile Family: I am so sorry for the loss of Deacon Joe. Deacon Joe was a longtime friend of mine. I have known him since I was a little girl through St. John's. Joe married me in 1996 and he was the one I always wanted to baptize any children I may someday be blessed with. Joe was caring, kind, funny and so down to earth. I loved him and will miss him very much.

Dearest Papile Family:
Please accept my sincere condolences for the passing of Deacon Joe. I only knew Joe a short time and in that time he was the light of a true spirit for which only one man could know. I will miss him deeply. May Joe now find the peace and serenity he so rightfully deserves. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Papile family.
God Bless.

I was Joe's roommate at the Boston Conservatory and was deeply saddened by his passing. Joe will be remembered by my wife, Margaret, and myself as a friend who was full of joy, energy, and happiness. Over the years Joe has visited my home and even traveled to Williamstown, Ma to visit my parents.

Although Joe's candle is now extinguished, his spirit lives on thru his family and friends.

My wife and I offer our deepest sympathy and will remember Joe and all his family in our prayers
Bill Healey (Whitman, Ma)
